At Seacoast CPR & First Aid, we believe that confident, prepared responders help create safer communities.


We provide comprehensive, hands‑on CPR and first aid training for both general layperson rescuers and those working in marine environments. Our courses blend convenient e‑learning with required in‑person skills practice and assessment, ensuring every student leaves with the knowledge and confidence to act effectively in an emergency. All programs meet OSHA and ILCOR guidelines, and we offer USCG‑approved courses for mariners who need certification for professional requirements.

 

Based in Southern Maine and serving the greater Seacoast New Hampshire region, we offer regularly scheduled public classes—and we can also bring the training directly to your workplace or organization. Our goal is simple: to make high‑quality emergency care education accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.

American Red Cross (ARC) Courses

The American Red Cross offers nationally recognized CPR, AED, and First Aid training designed to prepare individuals and workplaces to respond confidently in emergencies. Their blended learning format combines online coursework with hands‑on skills practice and evaluation. Certifications meet OSHA requirements and are widely accepted across healthcare, childcare, and professional settings.

Divers Alert Network (DAN) Specialty Courses

Developed by dive medicine physicians and diving educators, Divers Alert Network (DAN) courses are easy to understand and designed to provide professional, commercial, aquarium, scientific and recreational scuba divers the knowledge and first aid skills necessary to respond to emergencies in these environments.
