Schedule Change and Cancellation Policy

At Seacoast CPR & First Aid, we understand that schedules and circumstances can change. We are committed to providing a rewarding experience for all our students, so to ensure clarity and fairness regarding changes and cancellations, we have established the following policies:

Class Schedule Changes by Instructor

We reserve the right to change scheduled class times and dates. If a class must be rescheduled, we will notify all registered students as soon as possible by email and/or phone. Students will have the option to transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.

 

Cancellation by Students

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a class, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the class start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the class fee.

 

Class Transfers 

Students may transfer their enrollment to another scheduled class or request an alternative date, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours before the original class start time. Transfer requests made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee of 25% of the class fee.

 

Emergency Cancellations

In the event of an emergency (e.g., illness or family emergency), we understand that you may need to cancel at short notice. Please contact us directly at seacoastcprfirstaid@gmail.com to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Refund Process

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
